Orders, Delivery & Shipping

How do I make an order?

Just click on the product or collection of your choice, click the 'ADD TO CART' button to add it to your cart and this will show up in the right hand corner of the website.

  1. Click 'checkout' in the cart to start the process of payment selection.
  2. You can now leave special instructions or change the quantity you need, or add any discount codes or gift cards in the cart, before proceeding.
  3. Next click 'CHECKOUT' to be taken to the payment page.
  4. Enter your personal details and delivery address and choose a shipping option.
  5. Finally Choose a Payment Option then push "Complete Order." You will be notified via email with an attached pdf receipt
How do I pay for my order? Is it safe to use my credit card?

When you checkout you are directed to Shopify secure payment gateway where you can enter your credit card or payment details safely.

How much does shipping cost?
  • FREE NZ Nationwide Shipping on Orders $150+
  • North Island Standard Shipping (Excluding Rural & Sat Delivery) - $12.90
  • North Island Rural Shipping (Excluding Saturday) - $19.90
  • North Island Saturday Delivery Shipping (Including Rural) - $27.90
  • South Island Standard Shipping (Excluding Rural) - $16.90
  • South Island Rural Shipping - $23.90
How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Delivery times vary depending on your location. Please see our Shipping Policy for charges/location details.

What payment options do you offer?

My Goody Bag accepts the following payment methods for online purchases:

  • All major credit cards, as shown at checkout including Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
  • Apple Pay, Google Pay, Union Pay & Shop Pay
  • Afterpay & Poli (Coming Soon)

Please note that your billing address must match the address on your credit card statement.

Do you offer express shipping?

Express options are available to certain locations. If you require something extra special please email hello@mygoodybag.co.nz and we’ll see what’s possible… the more notice the better!

Do you have a physical store?

No. My Goody Bag is proudly online-only.

Can I collect my order instead of shipping?

Local pickup may be available at checkout. If it is, please select this option and you’ll receive an email with instructions once your order is ready.

Will I receive a receipt or invoice?

Yes. Your order confirmation email is your receipt.Need a tax invoice? Email hello@mygoodybag.co.nz we endeavour to send this within 1 working day. At busy times this will take longer.

Do you offer corporate gifting?

Yes! From client thank-yous to staff surprises, we offer bulk and branded gifting options.Email hello@mygoodybag.co.nz to get started.

Can I order multiple or bulk goody bags?

Definitely. For large quantities, deadlines or custom bundles we have a simple form to fill out.

Can you send orders to multiple addresses?

Do you take on custom projects or special requests?

Absolutely. If you’ve got a theme, brief or big idea, email us and we’ll see what magic we can make.

How can I track my order?

Once you place your order online, you will be able to see the details of the purchase, follow its preparation, and see shipping updates in the My Account area.

Food, Allergens & Products

Do your products contain allergens?

Some items may contain common allergens such as nuts, dairy or gluten. Product descriptions note this where possible — or email us to check.

Can I customise or personalise products?

Yes, where offered. Personalised items are made especially for you, so please check details & spelling carefully before placing your order.

How do I become a Gifting Guru with My Goody Bag?
