NZ Delivery

This Shipping Policy outlines how orders are processed, delivered and managed. Please read it carefully before placing an order.

Same Day Dispatch

Order before 2pm and we will get your order dispatched same day. 

To ensure you always pay a fair price for delivery you will be presented with exact shipping rates in the checkout, based upon the items you order and your delivery address. All packages are sent out of Hawkes Bay, New Zealand.

Please allow up to 7 working days for your package to arrive before contacting us. Although we strive to have them arrive in 1-3 working days with rural, public holidays, weekends, or unforeseen circumstances, this can take longer, depending on the shipping option, location and payment option you chose. We strive to complete all orders received as soon as possible.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Please note: orders containing personalised or customised items may require additional processing time. Any extended timeframes will be clearly communicated at checkout or in your order confirmation.

We ship throughout New Zealand using reputable courier services.

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout, unless otherwise stated.

New Zealand

  • Free NZ Nationwide Shipping on Orders $150+ - Free
  • North Island Standard Shipping (Excluding Rural & Sat Delivery) - $12.90
  • North Island Rural Shipping (Excluding Saturday) - $19.90
  • North Island Saturday Delivery Shipping (Including Rural) - $27.90
  • South Island Standard Shipping (Excluding Rural) - $16.90
  • South Island Rural Shipping - $23.90
  • South Island Overnight Shipping (Excluding Rural & Saturday) - $31.90


P.O. Boxes

We are currently unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. If a P.O. Box address is given by mistake we will contact you and this may cause a delay with the delivery of your package.

 

International Delivery

Unfortunately we are unable to ship internationally at this time. Please contact us at hello@mygoodybag.co.nz if you have any questions or would like a quote.

 

Damaged, Lost or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or is missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@mygoodybag.co.nz with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will review each case individually and work towards a fair resolution in line with New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act obligations.

 

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the personalised nature of many of our products:

  • Personalised items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

  • Non-personalised items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original condition.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.

This policy does not affect your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
